Yoga with Meret @imyoga is a real treat! Not only does Meret provide the perfect location for each session, she also creates a calming, focused ambience and teaches a meticulously prepared, individually adjusted yoga lesson every single time. She makes everyone feel welcome by showing an openminded and genuine interest in people. Her kindness and warmth reaches far beyond the lesson itself. Fluent in English, French and German, she has no problems teaching lessons also to large internationally mixed groups. I practise yoga mainly to strengthen my back as well as for general physical and mental focus. In Meret I have finally found a yoga instructor that meets these needs perfectly while keeping a high standard of yoga technique. Highly recommendable!

I took Meret’s private yoga class with my 9-year-old son. He felt, it was not easy physically. And he was emotional somehow and cried a bit but don't know why. I guess he was releasing his emotional baggage. After the class he was happy, energetic, and uplifting. Meret is very sophisticated and talented to heal people's minds and bodies. My son proved it. And I loved every minutes in the class! Super relaxing and good work out!!❤️❤️❤️

Yoga classes have always something new to the practice, so each time is a new experience. No matter, beginner or an advanced yoga student can have a practice adapted to their level and the state of the day. Practice grounds inside and gives a sense of connection with the class and beyond. Really amazing yoga, with a nice atmosphere, them classes are accompanied by a peaceful music. Meret is a great yoga teacher who can adapt the classes to different level so everyone feels at the right place at the right time.And events, like a Sunday brunch, are a lovely bonus :)

I’ve been attending regular yoga classes and yoga events with IM Yoga for a few months now and have had a wonderful experience. The team is welcoming, warm, and very well organized and the way the courses are scheduled and the overall system for signup makes everything seamless and easy. The yoga classes I’ve taken accommodate all levels of students, from people just beginning through to the more experienced practitioner. Each class has modifications to tailor the poses to suit your need that day. Highly recommended!

Meret is not only a really wondeful and amiable person but also the best yoga teacher I met so far, perfect mix between powerful asanas, quiet, relaxing moments and a lot of fun an happiness. I have been in Portugal with her and will take part at her retreats every year from now on!I would love to come to Lausanne regularly, if it wasn't so far away from St Gallen :-)

Since last December, I've had the pleasure of attending Meret's delightful yoga classes. She is creating a personalized experience that feels like a mini holiday every time.
