Very disappointing, would have been 2 stars if it wasn't for the temporary exhibition by Cardiff and Miller, that just about makes entry fee palatable (which is expensive if it was just for the Tinguely alone)Many of the Tinguely exhibits are very delicate and can only be run intermittently (at intervals of between 5-15 minutes) - you have to wait for a timer on the floor before it can be activated. I just expected something better somehow, and felt disappointed by them. The Cardiff and Miller exhibitions were inspired by Tinguely and were very interesting and innovative (and yes I appreciate they are more modern and robust), but they have some great ideas - recommend to see them.

Very interactive displays inside museum. Worth spending a couple of hours enjoy the exhibits. Easy to get to via public transport or a short walk along the Rhine

Nice air-conditioned, interactive museum with Jean Tinguely sculptures of different sizes and shapes which were a feast for the eyes and ears.It was fun watching the machines run, especially the bigger ones. If you want to explore everything this museum holds, it is vital to invest a lot of time on your visit as most of the machines run with a cool-down time. (But you can also use the QR codes to visit videos of the machines in motion).I enjoyed my visit, but I would have liked a little more explanation on the workings of the machines, or thought process behind the design, etc.

Interesting and well put-together museum. The temporary exhibit was a bit esoteric (more than Tinguely...) and hard to get into, but overall worth visiting.

Nice museum for children. Inspiring, titillating creativity for budding artists. Rated 4 and 5 stars according to the kids. Some works, not Tinguely's, are quite confusing (posters of imperialism for example, dance video a bit daring for the temporary part - child somewhat shocked). We passed quickly.

I visited on a Thursday evening, when there was no charge for admission, but this museum would be well worth paying to visit. Staff were very kind and helpful. There is so much to see (and hear!) in an attractive setting. Excellent shop.

Wow! One of the best museums I have ever visited! I appreciate how visitors can interact with an art installation and how well everything is presented in the museum.

The tinguely museum is best visited when it rains, most of the installations can be set in motion after 5 minutes, and it's great fun for children too. The giant machine at the end is even accessible. Really great
