Chaussures de qualité pour les enfants, vendeuses pas top sympa, mais dans l'ensemble bonne expérience

L’accueil dans cette boutique est toujours très chaleureux, on est très bien conseillés, les articles qu’on y trouve, que ce soit la confection, les chaussures ou la maroquinerie sont de belle qualité et les modèles proposés sont très actuels. Je ne peux que la recommander.

The sales woman was rude and impatient with my child. She said she did not want to waste her time on my child, calling her a “small hyperactive”. When my child asked if there was another shoe shop, she said “you will go to another shoe shop and annoy another sales woman”. It was quiet a shocking customer experience, especially as we have bought things before in this shop. We left clearly without buying anything, as we were upset about the service. Then we went to another shoe shop with a kind and polite saleswoman and happily bought all we needed. I am clearly never again returning to this shop.
