Really poor customer service. I have the impression people have no idea what they are doing in there. Every few months your point of contact gets fired or leaves the company so you cannot build a relation with somebody that can help you out in your things. Really disappointing.

SEBA Bank is not able to pay out USD after the Signature Bank debacle. They have not been able to find a new USD correspondent bank since.

My experience with this service has been excellent. It's a pleasure to work with your account manager, all payments are handled quickly. The trading of fiat/crypto is convenient, and the exchange rate is fair. FINMA regulation and the bank's high standards mean the bank sets high standards for future customers, including the compliance procedure. An excellent choice!

After my experience with the onboarding process I can only provide a clear-cut negative recommendation.After a detailed study of the banks published onboarding criteria I went through the entire process of KYC and sharing very personal data. Only then, I was informed of a 100k initial deposit requirement.Very intransparent and phony information policy - somehting I have not yet encountered in comparable services within and outside of Switzerland.Luc Biedermann
