Très bons produits, très bon services. Gros bémol sur l'outillage. Nous sommes obligés de nous fournir ailleurs. Il semble que la direction Suisse allemande n'ait pas intégré quels sont les besoins des entreprises romandes en termes d'outils.

Helpful staff, excellent paint

Wrongly advised in regards to quantity of colour needed (way too much!!!). We were left with more than half the paint in all three shades that we bought. We had inquired in two other stores that actually in hindsight gave us the more accurate quantity, but decided to buy it here to support the local commerce. When we went back to complain they were very unfriendly saying it was our mistake, that we measured incorrectly, painted incorrectly, etc., That we are no experts, and that they gave us the right expert recommendation. I found the tone and treatment very arrogant and condescending. On top we didn't like the way one of the colours turned out and asked them if they can make it lighter and more greyish, given we had 3/4 of the bucket still left. They added a bit of black to make it a bit more greyish, but asked us to buy a bucket of white colour if we wanted to have it lighter....Of course we didn't and will buy it somewhere else. Shame...
