Nail World Center

Getting acrylic nails at the Nailworldcenter was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had. The nail artists were extremely unprofessional and rude. They brushed me off and made me feel like an inconvienence every time I asked for the slighest change in my nails (for ex: filing them shorter, pointier or flatter, in my eyes totally reasonable requests), made me change nail artist 5 times because they were overbooked (I had booked ahead so it wasn't a spontaneous walk-in) and were very rough with my nails to the point where it hurt. The worst part is they kept changing their minds about whether they were able to create my requested design (water drops on a white base, I really don't know why that would be difficult but if it is for you I don't judge, just be honest about your skills) and when they finally tried to do it they didn't put in any effort whatsoever. The only reason why I ended up with somewhat acceptable nails is because I spoke up for myself. I could go on and on about all the inconvieniences but the bottom line is that the nail artists do not care about their costumers and the art they create. They do not even seem to like their job and it really shows.

Overall, the nails are well done. Although, I didn‘t get the design I wanted because the nail artist did not seem to care and help me pick the colours. Also I think they charged me too much since I didn‘t need extentions.
