Stay KooooK Bern City

Hotel/hostal hybrid with a really cool vibe and decor. Well put together group/common area with a kitchen to prepare meals. All the travel essentials in the rooms. Great location right in the heart of town. Parking was slightly confusing at first but overall very close and easily accessible.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located in the city, but once you are inside, there is a calm and relaxed atmosphere.We used the kitchen every day to cook and the equipment was perfectly clean and easy to use. The room is quiet, nice, clean and cozy. The terrace on the roof is amazing!!!

we had room 306 which was perfect for my daughters and me. loved the view and the rooftop. loved the communal area for reading and meals and hangouts. like a grown up version of a hostel but clean and cool. the one thing we would suggest is that the shower is seethrough when the light is turned on which would be a problem for certain people who are sharing a room. thank you to your cleaning crew and to your ambassadors. we had a very nice stay.

The room was very comfortable, if a bit smaller than I had expected for a large room. However it was well laid out and had everything we needed. The shower was great and we liked The separate toilet. The bed was comfortable. Location is very convenient and close to railway station and trams and buses. We found our stay lovely and quiet. The large communal area was great, with cooking and dining, complimentary tea, coffee, milk etc.We would definitely stay again.

I was a bit worried that I booked a hostel instead of a hotel, but my friend and I were pleasantly surprised that Stay Kooook Bern is a hotel with an adult/family friendly hostel concept. Our room is was uniquely designed with storage, hangers, a seating area, and an en-suite separate toilet and shower stalls. The common area is beautiful, clean, and a warm environment with complimentary coffee, tea, cookies, fruit, and a kitchen and fridge that anyone can utilize. We also appreciated the free laundry and dryer (with soap to use!) that they offered as well. The customer service was phenomenal, Cecile went above and beyond our expectations. The location is fantastic, right in the city center and close to the train station. The only two downsides are.. the mirrored shower is quite translucent so this can make of an uncomfortable situation, and, there is no AC so in the summer (we were traveling during a record breaking heatwave) it can get warm in the room. Other than that, I highly highly recommend.

Stumbled upon this place while planning a vacation in Switzerland. So glad we decided to stay here. Amazing location adjacent to food, shopping and train station. It's situated near the middle of Old City, so you're surrounded by beauty and history.The hosts are great to talk with. They were always polite and helpful. The shared community space is a very unique and we'll executed model. Check in and check in out is all digital. The room is cozy and modern.If you're in the fence about staying here, don't be. Your time and money are well spent at Stay KooooK Bern.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Close to the museums, train station, restaurants, bars and shops. The rooftop deck was a huge plus. WOW The view and just the ability to take a cup of coffee up there and relax and enjoy the sights couldn't get any better. The coffee machine in the public area was great. The people who worked the desk were phenomenal. The lady even gave me the hotel phone number to call in case I had trouble checking in another hotel further along on my trip. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was great

This is a great place to stay if you want to use your hotel room just for sleep. Most rooms are tiny. The bed is great, wonderful mattress. The room is beautiful, modern and climate controlled. It is well insulated against noise and very easy to darken. Perfect for jet lagged travellers. Big break rooms downstairs are very nice, with a kitchen for guests to use. Check in is easy via app. Location is unbeatable.

My stay was perfect from beginning to end. The room was small and absolutely clean and organized. I was completely comfortable. The common area offered snacks and a place to cook and read. There is a friendly host to answer questions. I recommend this hotel for individual travelers and for families.

Very nice, clean, cozy place in the city center. Very close to all attractions, train station. Common areas were great. Room was small and there was no place to sit other than on the bed so nice and comfortable common area was nice complement where we could enjoy tea or coffee.
