Unfortunately, we found ourselves in that pharmacy, where in addition to charging us 47 francs for a Covid test to come back to Italy, the test also fell to the ground. The pharmacist, thinking that we would not have noticed it, eh calmly rubbed it by collecting it and giving us false results and without even a proof to prove the same. He didn't even give us a result sheet attesting to our health condition. ABSOLUTELY AVOID this pharmacy!!!! You may find yourself in a very bad situation.

PHARMACIE À EVITER!! C'est honteux la façon dont ils se moquent des gens ! Le pharmacien, rude et sans aucune envie de travailler m’a parlait à mi-voix alors que je lui ai parlé en français (qui n'est pas ma langue). J’ai lui demandé codialement un test rapide Covid qui j’ai payé 47 francs et devinez??…seulement 2/3 minutes après le test il me dit “positive”. J’était terriblement inquiète et choquée en même temps car je devais rentrer en Italie ce jour là et je me sentais parfaitement bien. Je quitte la pharmacie et vais dans une autre pharmacie où le personnel est très gentil, je paie le test 30 francs, je refais le test et résultat: negative!!

As usual in a Pharmacy, I was expecting some advice about the product. However, they said to me that they didn’t have the time to explain. It was a 134 CHF vitamin and nothing was said. Also, I realized it was too expensive. There are three more pharmacies around, don’t go to this one!

Inqualifiable... Rarement aussi déçu!Aucune envie, aucune motivation... une personne répandue sur sa chaise qui n'a daigné se lever que pour encaisser une boite de Dafalgan à 20,60.- un samedi après-midi au fond d'une pharmacie sombre et sans vie.Le prix est à la tête du client avec une fameuse surtaxe de 10.- pour l'urgence d'une samedi à 15h30... et pour l'amabilité, nous attendons toujours.À fuir... il y a d'autres pharmacies autour.

Waited for 20 minutes while the Pharmacist looking at me when the turn comes he tells me we are closed very rudely, although 30 minutes were left for the place to be closed.Reply to his comment: You are still rude with your reply! and no sir you don’t have to work until 10PM, I was there at 8, not 9!

I do not recommend it. incompetent. I came there looking urgently for some product for a bad burn care. I explained what kind of substance>product im looking for, but the man in the pharmacy was insisting on some gel, which probably he had to advertise! He was insisting so much that I ended up by buying this super expensive gel - regret it so badly now, did not help.
