I discovered VIU thanks to a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so glad I did! The store is super cool, the people that work there are all lovely, and the glasses are so damn stylish I'm sure more people are checking me out when I walk down the street. Maybe that's my funny face shape though.But seriously, the delivery time for the glasses is great, the staff were so helpful over my invoicing request...I definitely will come back in a couple of years for my next pairs.

Le service ainsi que la qualité des lunettes est vraiment médiocre, le plastique change de couleurs au bout de quelques mois seulement. Vendeuse désagréable et peu motivée pour réajuster correctement les lunettes une fois achetées.

I love VIU. I discovered them by chance a few years ago and keep returning - I own 4 pairs (normal and sunglasses) from them! The frames are trendy, the staff is great, the price is very fair and I never had to wait more than 10 days to receive my glasses. Once, they went above and beyond to repair the frame I broke of a model that had been discontinued. It's a very caring team!

I had an amazing experience at VIU Genève. Lise-Marie was very professional and took the time to do multiple tests and caught what other optometrists could not. Even after my glasses came in she did more tests and adjustments to make sure they were perfect. I highly recommend VIU in Genève!
