这个小村是欧洲十大步道之一的“环勃朗峰”徒步路线的必经之地，也是世界顶级赛事“环勃朗峰越野超级马拉松”（UTMB）的一个补给大站。每年8月底来自全球的运动员都汇聚在此，热闹非凡。这里是夏秋季徒步越野，冬季滑雪的好地方。我们一年四季都来此地游玩，或滑雪或越野跑步。小村海拔1400多米，坐落在一个庞大的山腰，小村中心有个碧绿的高山湖，夏季清可见底可以游泳划船，冬季湖面结冰可以滑冰。湖边有不少古色古香的餐厅，是阿尔卑斯传统家常菜，也有四星级酒店的法式和意式大餐，徒步客和旅游者不用担心价格，一点不贵。

Top of the La Breya ski lift will take you up there with astonishing views. Ski routes are from intermediate difficulty to really difficult ones lots of fun.Beginning of ride is steep and narow but people who can ski will find it challenging at least its not boring.In the restaurant on the top you can have refreshments hot or cold drinks as well as full diner.Sunbeds are provided to relax and admire views awesome.
