Enterprise GO

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company for the sending back my company mobile phone back to me either directly to my address in Thailand or my friend’s home in Lausanne. It has been five months since I sent the first follow up email, and I have yet to receive any solution or update on the feasible option. Despite their attempts to find alternative shipping methods due to safety regulations and laws, my issue has not been treated as it should be. This prolonged delay has caused our company significant inconvenience and frustration, and I would not recommend this to anyone looking for reliable and timely service in Switzerland!

Sie haben mein Geld gestohlen - diese Räuberbanden-Firma. They stole my money. Avoid this company at all costs !!!!!!!!!!! Auto wurde nicht vermietet aber Geld behalten weil ich das GO App System nicht kannte. Nun muss sich die Kreditkarten Firma mit dieser Räuberbande herumschlagen.They stole my money CHF 504.00 because I did not know how to use the GO App System. It is a fraudulent company to avoid at all costs. They did not provide a car but said they cannot refund me. Poor service, rude people, No active phone support only tickets over email. They are trying to keep expenses low with their support and the new APP system. Used to be much different about THREE YEARS AGO. VERY DISAPPOINTED NOW. They do not want to help you with the Enterprise Go Service. It is a disaster. I am so disappointed. The car that I booked was not provided. Instead of an SUV mid-size I received a station wagon. And very rude guy gave my car away to another person. He lied and said Enterprise and Enterprise Go are two separate entities. He cannot help. However he was able to rebook from Go to regular Enterprise. He lied to me. Worst nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sie haben mein Geld gestohlen und den Wagen nicht herausgegeben, weil ich dieses App-System noch nicht kannte. Sie halfen nicht und waren sehr frech und gemein. Sehr Schade. Dies ist eine Betrüger Firma. Ich kann jedem empfehlen diese Firma zu meiden. Sie wollten auch keinen Ersatzwagen geben. Dar Fall war für sie erledigt. Nun muss sich meine Kreditkartenfirma mit diesen Betrügern herumschlagen.
