Amazing service from Berra Sports. We had booked with skiset on Friday evening and they had everything ready the following morning. They had a great selection of equipment and bespoke service to help select the best gear. They went beyond the call of duty on this one. We recommend wholeheartedly and will come here again if we get the chance.

Rarement vu du personnel aussi désagréable dans ses remarques. L'art de faire fuire les clients... J'ai tourné les talons et suis allé dans la boutique en face, où jai été très bien servi et aimablement!

Payer 30chf pour un fartage/affûtage, résultat navrant, fartage négligé et affûtage non fait (car estimé non nécessaire par le personnel) au dépit de la demande du client qui a payé pour ! Encore un shop a touriste qui ne prend pas compte des demandes des clients.

I’ve rented skis from Berra for several years and they’re always ready to go when I arrive, suited to the conditions and well maintained. The service is friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Champéry.

Accueil sympa et bon service, ça fait plaisir de rentrer dans un magasin où les employés (patron, gèrent ou pas) s'intéressent aux clients et savent entreprendre une conversation agréable sans pousser à la consommation mais en donnant une bonne présentation des promotions du moment.

Au top : quel plaisir de louer chez vous! Super accueillants au téléphone pour les renseignements, idem en magasin alors que nous sommes arrivés un quart d'heure avant la fermeture pour louer le matériel pour 4 personnes. Equipe rapide et efficace, et matériel nickel. Au retour 4 jours plus tard, même accueil adorable et efficace. Merci à toute l'équipe !
