Again, when it comes to these stores, I never go inside, I have no reason to be there, who'd I buy jewelry for anyway. But Tiffany & Co. always impress me with the decorations from the outside, I enjoy photographing their stores, they're really artist, not only a jewelry shop.

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, ils te mettent à l'aise dès que tu rentres et ils sont tous très disponibles et sympa. Je suis allée pour un échange, la conseillère m'a conseillé la taille la plus adaptée à moi et pendant qu'on rigolait ensemble elle a aussi nettoyé mon collier. Une fois qu'on est chez Tiffany on n'a plus envie de partir !

Mon conjoint a choisi d'acheter ma bague de fiançailles là-bas et finalement nous y avons aussi pris nos alliances. Nous avons été servis par Irina V. et elle a été fantastique du début à la fin. Pour rien au monde nous changerions de boutique (pourtant nous en avons quand même visité d'autres). L'expérience client est vraiment très bonne. Merci pour tout.

I love it and will definitely shop again. Very friendly and very efficient staff. Really nice atmosphere and was given a time to look what I really wanted. Every small details matter and kudos to the lady named Marine who assisted me throughout my shopping til the engraving. Highly recommended!

J'ai passé ma commande par téléphone, tout a été parfait ! le service à la clientèle est remarquablement efficace ! les intervenantes étaiwnt sympathiques. Un remerciement spécial à Leila Sarah qui a géré ma commande et avec qui j'ai échangé à plusieurs reprises sur WhatsApp. Je recommande sans hésitation cette boutique.

I would like to thank from all my heart Madame Marine Ventura for her incredibly professional, kind and warmhearted art of assisting us on the way of getting our wedding rings done. Even if there were many issues along the way and it was not the priciest piece of jewellery in the store, she acted as it was the most valuable one and let us feel as the most welcome and precious clients. The Geneva Tiffany store may really call itself lucky by having such a great person among the team members.

I am usually very happy with the service here but last time I went to clean my necklace and bracelet the lady was not friendly at all. She did not even show me the new collection and did not propose to put back my bracelet, I felt like I shouldn't have come if it wasn't to buy. Disappointing :/
