Agence qui ne rappelle jamais quand on laisse un message au conseiller.Je dépose des documents importants pour le 3e pilier ,ils n'ont jamais été transmis à la fondation de prévoyance UBS. Malgré mes appels et messages via l'espace perso ......je n'ai jamais été recontactée.Tres mécontente du service de cette agence . je vais changer de banque, d'ailleurs si vous avez des conseils.....

Waiting time too long. I had an appointment 15 minutes ago.Despise the Covid regulations, there are so many people nearby each other, waiting to be served.Some people left, as they couldn't wait anymore.We had an appointment, but it wasn't registered in their system. I am incredibly negatively surprised.

Vraiment la pire banque du monde. Je suis à l’étranger actuellement et je ne peux contacter la banque rien est faisable et ils n’essaient même pas de nous aider. Même en étant sur place en Suisse personne n’était déjà capable de m’informer où m’aider pour quoi que ce soit. Je ne sais meme pas si mon compte est ouvert ou fermé. J’ai vraiment que des mauvaises expériences avec cette banque. Je ne recommande pas du tout !!!!!!! Fuyez

After 10 min waiting with my wife for an appointment that was supposed to be a formality, I asked to the clerk what was happening. I was told - quite arrogantly I felt - that the person had been informed that we had arrived. No explanation, no excuse. We waited another 5 min and then left. So rude.
