Rent a Bike

Rented two bikes. Both of them had loose stems which I found out while riding the bike. VERY Dangerous. Had to stop and buy an Allen key set to tighten all the stem bolts. When we returned the bike they didn’t really care that anyone could have been hurt. The only thing they have to make sure of on a rental bike is that the stem bolt is tight.

Booked bike one month in advance. Not delivered on the day without any pre-notice. Happened on the same day to many other people which booked the same bike (during SlowUp). Not trustworthy firm - would avoid at all cost

We had a great time on e-bikes. Best way to see the whole area. And the prices were excellent with our Basel City pass. The only thing that could be improved would be a shorter wait time when getting the bikes. Also, sometimes we had to restart our bikes several times when they had errors.

Vieeeel zu teuer. Ein gewöhnlichliches Velo was im Jumbo noch 200 Stutz Wert hat für über 30fr pro Tag vermieten... sorry so Kein Deal!
