Global Relocation has helped me relocate from Zurich to Geneva via finding a flat within only 2 weeks of signing a contract with them! Absolutely top! The staff is super friendly and very communicative (their english is also perfect). They were were helpful in finding many suitable apartments. Once my favorite were found, I was impressed at how they were able to push the Regie for a quick response in my favor. Thanks to them I found my dream apartment in just 2 weeks!

Agence très professionelle, réactive et efficace.N‘étant pas sur place, nous avions besoin d‘une personne de confiance pour visiter les appartements. Dès le 1er contact, tout s‘est enchaîné très vite. La recherche d‘un appartement en colocation présentait pourtant plusieurs défis pour notre correspondante sur place; elle a visité des appartements et nous a de suite envoyé photos et vidéos. Très réactive, elle a tout de suite contacter les agences immobilières pour soumettre notre dossier. En 2 semaines nous avons trouvé un appartement. Elle s‘est occupée de l’état des lieux, de la remise des clés! Il ne nous reste plus qu‘à emménager. Merci de nous avoir éviter tout ce stress.

Cette agence est très efficace au niveau des recherches et de la qualité des biens proposés. Quant à la relation client c'est vraiment top, la responsable est vraiment très accessible et à l'écoute. Basé sur mon expérience depuis quelques années déjà, je peux confirmer qu'ils font le maximum pour répondre aux besoins du client et trouver le bien qui match le mieux. Je recommande fortement !

Ce fut l'une des expériences les plus frustrante de ma vie, après des semaines sans recevoir aucune proposition d'appartement de la part de la conseillère, je lui ai demandé une explication et elle m'a dit que les annonces qu'elle avait trouvées avaient déjà été proposées par moi, super, je vous paye pour rien.Au final elle ne s'est occupée que de la paperasse et même la documentation était mal retranscrite et j'ai du m'en rendre compte par moi même.Dès que j'ai trouvé le premier appartement, j'ai répondu positivement parce que j'attendais depuis si longtemps, et cela a suffi à annuler toute les autres propositions que j'ai posées, parce que la relation avec les régies est plus importante que ma liberté de choix (satisfaction client 0).Sur le contrat, il est dit qu'ils s'occuperont de m'inscrire à la SIG une fois que je serai entré dans l'appartement, 3 mois plus tard, on m'informe qu'ils ne savent rien de moi et que j'ai trois mois d'arriérés.J'écris à la conseillère à ce sujet en copiant-collant la partie du contrat signé avec la clause d'inscription à la SIG, et elle me répond que cela ne fait pas partie du contrat, mais elle m'inscrit quand même à la SIG, je veux dire que la question est de savoir si vous êtes dans le métier ou si vous jouez simplement sur l'anxiété et la difficulté de trouver des appartements à Genève, je suis dégoûtée.
