Hotel Helvetia Intergolf

Room was nice and spacious with a good view, but there were too many issues with the place to recommend it to anyone. The first and main issue was the management. Both the lady managing the receptions and the gentleman managing the restaurant were extremely rude and disrespectful. They were very difficult to communicate with, and did not accommodate anything that you would expect them to for a 4 star hotel / restaurant (such as e.g. food allergies or dietary requirements). The rest of the hotel staff were very nice however. The swimming pool is so small it is a joke, and the jacuzzi is not hot and does not have any jets, only bubbles. Not worth the time. The WiFi is terrible, you will have to rely on your mobile data the whole time. The rooms are way too hot, and there is no temperature control so you have to ask reception to adjust it. After several requests, I still had to sleep with the 0 degree window open to feel normal. The ski boot room is very cramped and not heated so your feet will be cold and wet the next morning. Overall, it’s not worth the 4 stars that they claim to have, and the main disappointment is the rude and obnoxious restaurant manager and reception manager.

We spent five nights at the hotel in a two-bedroom unit which featured a kitchen, dining and sitting areas as well as two balconies with stunning views of the Alps. The hotel is very clean and every staff member from the front desk to the bar and restaurant were extremely accommodating. The separate carnotzet room in the retaurant is a must for enjoying traditional Swiss specialties like cheese fondue and raclette. The daily breakfast buffet was amazing! We made use of the on-demand shuttle provided by the hotel for the short drive to and from the gondola lift. We also took advantage of buying reduced rate lift tickets at the front desk and the 10% discount off the ski equipment rental price offered by a local sports shop through the hotel. The ski rental shop even delivered our equipment to the hotel and picked it up again at the end of our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable ski vacation at the Helvetia Intergolf Hotel! Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my extended family in a party of 10 in Jan 2017. We ended up taking apartment rooms 25, 26, 27 which take up the entire 5th floor. It's like having our own private floor. The rooms are simple, clean and tastefully done. Great views of the mountains. We all loved the breakfast buffet. The staff is what made the whole experience special. I can't say enough about their warmth and hospitality. All in all, we had a great experience and when considering the affordable pricing, it is quite a steal. Highly recommended.

The only reason we booked the hotel is because it said it was ski-to-door, but when we arrived the hotel was not even close to the ski lift and we have to take a shuttle there which apparently we have to pay for.While we were waiting for the shuttle, a group of 4 people arrived and talked to the driver in french, they boarded and said they didn’t want us onboard the shuttle even though there was space for everyone. The driver called the receptionist to talk to them, and instead she talked to us and asked us to wait more even though we were waiting first and they were the ones that were hateful and didn’t want us on board,The attitude of the staff is ridiculous, they are racist and rude, with a few exceptions that try to be accommodating.The carpets in the rooms have not be cleaned in ages. And they will literally not even give you toilet paper.An absolutely terrible experience, definitely not worth your money.

Very Friendly Staff. The rooms are a little older decorated but clean. The Restaurant on the more expensive side but the Food was Good. Door does not lock by itself and the room seemed overheated without individual controls. Double Bed are two sepreat Matrazes which is good for two People bad for one. All in all for less then half the Price very nice. For Full Price I would expect more and newer.

An der Reception wird man herzlich empfangen. Die familiäre Stimmung und die Gastfreundschaft lädt auf ein Wiederkommen ein. Das Essen ist vorzüglich und die Bedienung und der Service geschult. Auch die zentrale Lage sprechen für das Hotel. Gerne komme ich wieder einmal vorbei. Es hat sich gelohnt.

This Hotel is SUPER, staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel private shuttle is super helpful drop and pick up on the ski lifts although they are super close to the hotel. The service is a 5 star service and beyond. Thank you for the amazing stay.

I have to be honest with this review. The hotel is not a ski-to-door but on Booking.com they say otherwise. The staff is not friendly expect for one lady that is named Marilu. They treated us very bad and we were charged for literally everything: towels, toilet paper, transport to ski pistes ( it was included in the package ) etc. We were geneuinly. dissapointed with everything and on top of everything, the wifi was horrible in our rooms. Basically there was no wifi in our room. Generally a very bad experience from the hotel. Not worth the money.

This was a very pleasant stay. Friendly staff, delicious food, spacious rooms with amazing view. Management were kind enough to upgrade us for our honeymoon stay and we’re recommending good places to visit. They even tell you what to wear according to weather which shows caring of home and kindess. If I ever come to this beautiful place again I would definitely book this hotel. They offer free parking on site too. Cleaning services are amazing.
