Terrible! App didn’t work half the time. We were unable to open the door and unable to lock. Sometimes the car automatically put the windows down when parked. We were unable to lock the car or terminate the rental agreement when giving the car back. We ended up not locking the car at all during our stay in Switzerland. It was a massive pain and so inconvenient. When trying to contact them as we couldn’t get into the car we were told they are only contactable during office hours. I’m posting this here publicly as trying to find a contact to talk to someone is impossible

I gave Enterprise Go a try on a recent trip to Europe, they had good rates much lower than the sky high prices elsewhere in Switzerland. I was staying in Interlaken and trying to visit family in Italy. First thing wrong was that the web system for rentals was glitchy and seemed half baked. Then the app which I needed to actually obtain the rental said it was not available in my area. I thought this might be a scam so I cancled the rental, but then noticed they charged my credit card! I sent them a message and did get a refund a few days later but they whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It seems like this rental program was just rolled out without anyone testing it out or working out the bugs first. Still don't know if it's actually legit or not.
