You need to check in advance the rate, I read great reviews on their exchange... but when I arrived (morning of Oct 12, 2022) their exchange USD buy" was 0.9345 and "sell" was 1.0195 -- the actual rate was almost perfectly 1 to 1

Rates are OK (CHF -> USD was 3,5% below market), but the wait was too long, so I didn't manage to exchange, even for just a couple people, the process seems very slow.
