I got there 30 mins before my appointment. It wasn’t an issue. They called me in and started the process. 20 minutes later I was on my way. Quick and neat getting my passport renewed. Well done.

Still incapable to indicate on website and booking system what documents are needed for ID renewal etc. Hundreds of parents taking the ride to Bern with their kids to no avail just to get redicrected home by the officer: you don't have the pre-populated document or a missing signature and can head home again, undone. Therefore of course quite impossible to find a free time slot in the booking system. No toilet use for children but have to wait outside between hobos and junkies
