Hôtel St-Gervais

Zur Not okay. Aber nur zur Not. Wc am Gang, uralte ziemlich kaputte Möbel, Bett total durchgelegen und mit 120cm breite für zwei viel zu klein. Badezimmer ebenfalls am Gang, sehr ungepflegt und abgenützt. Schade, weil vom Personal her alles nett und zuvorkommend wäre.

Location is perfect. Walking distance from train station, lake and old town. It is not 5* hotel, you get what you payed for. But room was nice and clean and also bathroom was in good condition. We only spent there one night and it was good enough.

Tried to check in after 3pm as written on my booking but found out there was no-one to check me in, no answer on the phone or email, and no emails before my visit from the hotel. I went to the venue and a guest let me in and when he saw my bags he said first day

Ok on est à Genève et l’hôtel est bien situé (4mn de la Gare) mais pour 125€ on se retrouve dans une chambre lit simple très peu confortable. Des volets non fonctionnels mais rideaux occultants. Aucune isolation phonique, un simple lavabo dans la chambre et douche toilettes (combinées pour la douche du 2e étage) sur le palier (propres mais vétustes).Personne au desk à partir de 15h mais je n’ai pas rencontré de souci et ai pu accéder à la chambre grâce au Digicode fourni par mail à la réservation. Wifi fonctionnel.Pas de petit déjeuner.Un accès gratuits aux transports en commun est transmis par mail pour la durée du séjour (super pratique, première fois que je vois ça, mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien j’imagine).Bref hôtel passable pour une ou deux nuits, il faudrait pas y passer trop de nuits.

Wenn in einem Hotel um 15:00 die Rezeption geschlossen wird, dann ist das leider nicht o.k.

In a good spot. Shared bathroom which we already knew but bed was not comfy. They need new mattresses a bit thicker then would be perfect. Clean enough and liked being able to come and go with the code rather than a key.

Nice old building with the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We couldn’t even use the bed because was so broken (and fixed badly). We ended up sleeping on a floor. Can’t really recommend.

A nice cheap hotel that us greatly located in at 10 minutes of the train station. The rooms are clean but a bit small. The staff is always extremely polite and helful.
