We were very happy with our experience working with Kevin from Hypo Advisors! Due to our non-standard financial situation (ex pats receiving salaries in foreign currency), when we approached the banks directly they did not give us the time of day. Kevin really went above and beyond to get us a good mortgage on excellent terms. And it cost us nothing. Highly recommended if you are looking to purchase property in GE/VD!

Kevin is true professional who works for the best interest of his customers. I was very impressed by his honesty & professionalism when I got to know (by chance from the bank) that the bank we chose together doesn’t pay any commission to him, but he recommended it for me. On top, he was very helpful & reliable through entire process (simulation of cash needs, mortgage choice, tax simulation). I definitely recommend.
