Nos atendió una chica joven muy agradable y dulce. Nos dió varios mapas y nos explico bastantes cosas. También fue honesta diciendo que no conocía en exceso que hacer en Berna, aunque si nos dejó claro que merecía la pena.

Festival des roses Estavayer-le-LacThe Festival dedicated to the most ancient of flowers announces its fourth edition in Estavayer-le-Lac. Dozens of varieties of roses will be displayed.Emblem of gardeners and lovers, the rose is the queen of flowers. The city of Estavayer-le-Lac, with its beautiful medieval streets, is proud to have had this symbol on its crest for centuries. After the success of the festivals in 2013, 2015 and 2017, each with more than 15,000 visitors, the fourth tollfree Festival will again organize flowerbeds, rose beds, concerts and entertainment.

J'adore la vieille ville pur musarder c'est l'ideal pour petit arrêt à la boulangerie 1ère à gauche dans la rue principale en venant de la gare pour sa cuchaule et puis visite au musée de la grenouille et sans oublier son port

If you travel by train you can reach it from either Fribourg or from Yverdon-les-Bains. I would say the Castle dating from the 12th century is the highlight. However, the Old Part of town also has some beautiful churches and architecture in general (I like the cobbled streets!). You can also go to the lake, try the water-ski lift...or bring along your bicycle to discover the surroundings. Highly recommended.
