Avoid this agency!Perfect example of a company who just charges and charges for providing exactly NO added value.We contacted them to find a wedding band for our wedding.Mr. Näf got us in touch with a German band of 5 members.He told us (in written format) that the band will cost 3'500 CHF, for:- The 5 members- An additional: Technician- 5 hours of playing musicAnd that for all band member expect for the lady, we can provide double rooms.Then everything started to change!We met the band in person and talked to them. They were a very nice crew. We asked them if they can sing in our ceremony as well. The whole ceremony singing would have been 10-12 minutes of performance. They said it is no problem. They also mentioned the prefer to have single rooms.But going through this agency, messed everything up!We mentioned to Mr. Näf that we are willing to make the band happy and provide them with single rooms. We also asked if they can perform another 10-12 minutes at the ceremony.- You want additional 12 minutes of performance? humm... let me see....alright additional 500 CHF!!!!- By the way, we change the contract to mention that you will provide the band with single rooms.- There will also be no technician accompanying the band!!! However the price of 3'500 CHF stays the same! The technician actually doesn't do much! It's better if he does not come!So many rounds of back and forth discussions with Pakt Entertainment & Mr. Näf proved that he is only after adding additional charges and being a barrier between us and the band. He contradicted his previous arguments and promised points. He kept removing services from the contract and adding charges and little fine prints.This was just a big headache and not at all a type of personal and customized service you hope to get for a wedding.Clearly, we ended up canceling the contract.Avoid this agency and don't waste your time and your money with them.
