Worst service ever met…drivers can’t speak English, they allocated the luggages to two sides and we don’t understand what he said in French so put ours on the wrong side. When we arrived at Geneva, he refused to open the door for us and let us go without our belongings! Someone told us just go inside the bus and grab it! The space is so full and really dangerous…Here’s the second thing I have seen in my short journey: My neighborhood’s seat is broken but since no one seated on the other side, she moved there. Then the driver came and yelled at her to move back because she didn’t pay for this seat and the broken seat is not his problem so she had to speak to the company! Very rude I must say…One last reminder: don’t be late! The driver will leave just after they loaded all the bags, even if someone was waving to the drivers in front of the bus!

I can see how people would get screwed by this company. Thankfully it worked out for us. But we planned on an extra day in Geneva just in case there were delays. And sure enough, our bus back was cancelled, and we were put on the next one. Had we had a flight to catch, we would have been in trouble. Didn’t know they could just outright cancel a bus on you. Anyway, for others, one of the buses (the one we were rebooked on) goes to GVA airport first, then to town. So those people got a great, convenient way to get their flight directly. But then they were lucky this one didn’t get cancelled. So, use with caution/plan way ahead if you care about not missing important travel plans.Also, our driver was kind. But before he arrived, people were confused and trying to figure out where to get their bus (no signs for what was going to come in where/into which spot). And so people were asking the only other driver there if he was going where they were. He was very rude and not happy people had any questions for him at all. Clearly not happy in that job. He could have easily just made an announcement saying he’s only going to X/Y/Z and otherwise the other buses will be coming later, etc. Instead he made it harder on himself individually answering or ignoring people as he saw fit until that became too much and he was even more upset. Just not helpful whatsoever.

Bus Stop is nice. All major connectivity is walkable from here.The nearby washroom is there but not clean.

El viaje fue muy tranquilo y rápido, lo malo que para muchas veces a dejar y recoger gente. Pero valoro la conducción. De los clientes hay de todo.

Flixbus sehr schlecht . Mit dem Gug dagegen ist die Anreise richtig angenehm .

Viaje desde Ginebra a Bilbao, ruta hasta Lisboa. A destacar algunos aspectos negativos: conductores que tienen mal trato a los pasajeros, algunos enchufes no funcionan, al principio del viaje el baño estaba cerrado.La estación de autobuses deja bastante que desear teniendo en cuenta que estamos en Suiza.
