Finally perfect hair color! I met someone with amazing hair color and had to ask where she had it done. When she said she had it done at UMC, I came all the way from Geneva for a Balayage. Umberto was very professional, gave good guidance, and created the perfect ash blond balayage! I have very dark brown hair, so if you're looking for someone who is able to give beautiful ash-blonde highlights (and not yellow) this is the place! As for the salon, it's a very private studio, great music, and he was right on time. I had appointment reminders in my email. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Had an appointment to get my hair cut and no one was at the salon. Waited outside in the cold for 30min but nobody showed up . I received no call, no message. Nothing. I even wrote him via Instagram, saw the message and ignored me. Terrible service.

Rdv annulé par message whatsapp une demi-heure avant l'horaire convenu. Au lieu de me donner immédiatement un nouveau rendez-vous, il m'a écrit un autre message deux jours plus tard en me proposant une heure et un jour qui ne me convenaient pas ; il n'a même jamais pris la peine de passer un coup de fil.
