J’avais un rendez-vous à 18h15, je suis arrivée moins de 5 min en retard, ils ont donné mon rdv à une autre ! Ce n’est vraiment pas respectueux et pas du tout professionnel!

Fantastic service. I found myself waiting in Geneva on a late flight and in desperate need of a haircut. I was welcomed by every member of staff, had my coat taken and provided a coffee. The gentleman who cut my hair was delightful, he really focused on the cut. And the end result was exceptional. Despite speaking no French I felt relaxed and content; and walked out looking much better.

I had a haircut and Botox hair treatment. I don’t speak French, but Melissa, the lady who did my hair, was lovely and made sure I understood how the treatment worked. I would definitely recommend this salon. I am so happy with the end result and that I found my hairdresser in Geneva. Thank you very much!
