Cambridge Exams and Linguaskill provided by Swiss Exams Zürich

Most horrible experience ever. The whole organization reeks of inefficient processes. I doubt that Cambridge had any innovation in years and just lives by it's name. I had to take the test from my school. Would never do it again.I passed the exam with distinction. So I'm not writing this out of frustration.

Sehr einfache Anmeldung, hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Experten und Expertinnen waren beim Speaking und auch beim Writing sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Hat alles immer gut funktioniert.

Ich habe die Advanced Prüfung am Computer gemacht. Es war eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung, da die Computer in sehr kleinen Boxen sind mit Wänden auf der Seite, damit man nicht abschauen kann. Man kommt sich vor wie in einer Legebatterie, da die Boxen sehr eng sind, wahrscheinlich damit mehr Boxen und somit Teilnehmer in dem kleinen Raum Platz haben.Meine Freunde und ich hofften, dass wir bestehen nur damit wir nicht zurück in diesen Raum müssen. Zum Glück haben wir alle bestanden.

Es war alles gut organisiert.

Well the Cambridge English Certificate is very important and it's approved everywhere on the world, but the People there at Zürich Cambridge Institution are very unpolite and rude. They are making the students more nervous, than they are before entering the room.I passed the exam. So I'm not writing this out of frustration neighter.

The speaking part of this exam was terribly organised. I was there but they told me, my partner is already been into the speaking exam, so they have to find a new candidate...and that made me even more nervous

Anscheinend ist es der Organisation trotz mehrmaligen Anrufen und Mails nicht möglich Diplome zu versenden. Ich habe im Juli 2020 (also vor mehr als 6 Monaten) eine Prüfung absolviert und bestanden. Seither warte ich vergebens auf die Zustellung meines Diploms. Die Organisation und Kommunikation ist schlicht katastrophal. Von Kundenservice ganz zu schweigen. Als ich nach über 20 Minuten in der Warteschleife endlich jemanden sprechen konnte meinte die Dame nur sie müsse es abklären warum mir mein Diplom noch nicht zugestellt wurde. Notabene hat man mir aber bereits eine Rechnung für eine erneute Zustellung" zukommen lassen. Rechnungen zu versenden scheint also zu funktionieren. Jetzt sollte es doch auch mit einem Diplom möglich sein.Wer es im Jahr 2021 nicht schafft einfachste Prozesse kundengerecht auszuführen hat am Markt nichts mehr verloren. Ich muss sagen

This is my experience regarding the registration: I signed up for an exam on Friday, to be fair, it was on the last day. I selected the payment method by invoice and went on a trip. On Monday at night when I checked my email, I was informed that my registration had been canceled for lack of payment, and EVEN if I tried to pay I would have still lost my spot. The time difference between the reminder and the cancelation was 20 minutes. Why even offer that payment method option, if it's not timely feasible? As a result, I did not only miss my spot, and have to take the exam in another city, as I have to pay MORE money for a late entry fee" (as if the exam wasn't expensive enough on its own). Very frustrating. We really did not start off with the right foot..."
