I had a very positive experience when visiting the consular section (without an appointment) to obtain an express visa. There was no wait time, a very friendly and professional member of the consular team accepted my documents and two hours later, I received my visa and a receipt for the fee I paid in cash.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ghana Embassy in Berne while applying for my passport. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the entire process smooth and efficient. They provided excellent treatment and guidance, ensuring all my questions were answered. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and recommend their services without hesitation.

The phone is never picked up. The live chat function is bad in that the feedback I have received does not correspond to the truth of the consulate in Bern at all. I was told in the consulate that these are employees who are at home in London and cannot provide any information at all. According to false information from the live chat about my passport, which will supposedly be sent to me at a later date than planned, I applied for a certificate for which I had to transfer money. Now I am being refused a refund because they simply don't do that". A shame"

Unfriendly and the man laughed at us bc we are not able to travel... What a circus this is, these guys are doing nothing but drinking coffee and laugh. They will never achieve something in live! Born Losers!

Great Ghanaian embassy in Switzerland. You do an amazing work unlike the embassy here in Vienna. Bunch of rude, empty-headed bush people at the counter at the Ghanaian embassy in Vienna. Keep up the good work, Embassy of Ghana in Switzerland.

Arbitrary and disrespectful treatment of a staff member. I paid 200.- CHF for an express visa (after having this option recommended to me by the embassy by phone and fullfilling all requirements of the visa-application - but because the page was down i couldnt upload the required files-) and got nothing but disrespectful treatment which made me leave the building crying. No refund of the money or reaction by mail of any kind.

A priori - Wäre es möglich keinen Stern zu wählen, wäre dies meine Wahl.Nach langem hat ein äußerst unfreundlicher Mann das Telefon abgenommen. Hilfreich oder interessiert war er keineswegs. Als ich ihm gesagt/gefragt habe es ginge um ein VISA um in Ghana bei Ärzte ohne Grenzen mitzuhelfen und ob er nicht auch findet, dass er als Mitarbeiter der Botschaft von Ghana ein gewisses Interesse für dieses Land haben sollte, meine er nur; interessiert mich nicht - ich lebe in der Schweiz.Nächste Frage von mir; Wäre es denn einfacher wenn ich vorbeikomme? Antwort; Ist mir egal, machen sie was sie wollen.Von den zusätzlichen Beleidigungen abgesehen, befürchte ich stark - es muss sich für den Herren um einen geschützten Arbeitsplatz handeln.

Sehr freundlich und speditiv.Innerhalb von 5 Tagen war der Pass mit dem Visum wieder bei mir.Einmal bat ich um eine telefonische Auskunft und wurde von der zuständigen Person zurückgerufen, als sie Zeit für mein Anliegen hatte.

They try to save on telephone bill so the Secretary does not call you if there is some using regarding your visa application.My advise to the all team in the embassy is that if you change the environment, you should also change the way you do your services.Try to make your clients happy, that's how we live here in Europe.If there is no change, then one day the office will end up in court to settle the damage you cause for someone.
