La Perla - Official Boutique

This is probably the only boutique in the Bahnhofstrasse (the most expensive street for retail property in the world) whose Store Manager has the weekends off, is working from home on the weekends, and is having an extended weekend at least twice a month, while the rest of the team are killing themselves from work. La Perla made a huge mistake by letting Vanessa go, and by appointing someone who firmly believes that the Store Manager's job is an office job. As a result, the good ones have left the company, and the employee turnover in this particular store is pretty high. What a shame.

The best lingerie in the world!

Nicht zu empfehlen und werde in diesem Laden nie wieder etwas kaufen! Es ist überteuert, für diese Preisklasse null Kulanz und nicht kundenfreundlich. Ich wollte etwas retour geben, dass genau in dem Zustand war so wie ich es erhalten habe und Etikette war auch dran. Nur kurz probiert, doch Grösse hat nicht gepasst, deshalb wollte ich es retour geben. Umtausch nicht möglich, da anscheinend ein Kratzer dran war. Der war vermutlich schon beim verkaufen vorhanden, nur habe ich es nicht bemerkt. Ich kann es nicht beweisen, doch sie sagen sie können nichts machen, so ein Vorgehen ist nicht gerade Kunden freundlich und inakzeptabel! Man bekommt anderswo etwas besseres für weniger Geld, mit gute Qualität und dazu Kunden freundlicher.

Meine Freundin hatte eine sehr freundliche und professionelle Beratung. Sehr gute Qualität und sehr schöne Stücke. Wir kommen gerne nochmals zu euch. Ich kann die Boutique in Zürich nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank

The work environment here is beyond toxic, and I felt subjected to constant bullying by X.V. without any support from the HR and the management. I urge anyone considering working here to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a destructive atmosphere. Moreover, the culture of fear and intimidation propagated by certain staff members is utterly demoralizing. Instead of promoting collaboration and personal growth, they perpetuated an environment where backstabbing and undermining were the norm. It's clear that employee welfare and mental health are not a priority for this company. I hope my review serves as a warning to others considering working here – save yourself the misery and seek employment elsewhere in a company that truly values its employees and fosters a positive and supportive atmosphere.
