I was looking to get a Nutribullet for a diner a couple days later and I decided to take one with Fust due to an interesting promotion they had online.Two choices were available:- Delivery the next day- Pickup at the shop the same dayI opted for the pickup. When I arrived at the shop the product was not available and I was told that it would take a week.I then asked if it was possible to change to the delivery option.The answer was that it was not possible and that I had to ask for a refund online and pay again to do so.I checked if there was some kind of customer service online and the website came out in German.Be careful if you get a product online. There isn’t any interaction between the actual shops and the online shop.This is not the first time I experience an issue of coordination between the online platform and the shop.

The shop staff are really old school pleasant and helpful, but they are let down by the ordering and stock system. The online ordering is simply appalling. What at other stores is an easy experience is matched at Fust by, order - get confirmation - pay online - get a posted paper invoice - get article at shop sign a 3 page 'contract'. Jeezzz ! can't that be simplified !? Additionally, their online system accepts payment and orders, only to be later advise no stock. It's no longer my go-to store, but the staff at the Geneve branch are helpful for walk in clients, if stock is on store. It's the HQ IT that sucks. It's a Coop company - they need to do better if they want me back.

I want to share my gratitude and be very thankfull to the employee Gregory Culat, who from the moment he sold me the vegetables machine until today he helped me and was very polite with all the explanation, service and post sell advisory.

Good place and very acvomodating Salespeople. The only problem is they have smaller stocks compared to the bigger Fust stores.

Exceptional and professional service by both agents at the telephone/mobile section. The agent went further to configure the settings on my device. They deserve a raise. Completely the opposite of the unprofessional agent at the branch in Zurich Central station.

Terrible service as usual from Fust and Fust staff showing a minimum of regard for clients, such poor client service. Having purchased a new fridge including old-fridge removal I was disappointed that they made no attempt to do a tidy job, essentially they left mess and water everywhere including the stairwell of the building. This essentially meant that I had to spend the next hour cleaning all the places the removal staff had been. Their explanation ‘when we tipped the fridge on its side water poured out’. As if this isn’t to be expected with household appliances such as freezers, washing machines etc. Persons doing this task can easily prevent water dripping by simply putting a cloth to capture the water, or pre-emoting the issue by draining water into a container as they tip the freezer on its side. Not a good enough Fust. Poor service as usual

Fust, Der Genfer Lieferservice ist faul und inkompetent, Lügner, Sie legen einen Liefertermin fest und halten das Versprechen nicht. Sie verschieben eine Woche, nur weil sie unprofessionell und unorganisiert sind und Kunden für ihre Inkompetenz bezahlen lassen. In diesem Fall hätten sie eine private Lieferung organisieren sollen, nur für unsere Waschmaschine, und das sogar am Sonntag. Denn wenn wir einen Fehler machen, gehen wir davon aus und machen ihn durch Nachtarbeit wieder wett.
