Fr. 31.-- für eine Adressenänderung (gilt nur für Ausländer) welche ich selber online gemacht habe. Das Amt hatte dabei gar rein nichts zu tun, ausser Fr. 31.-- zu verrechnen. Bei 2 Mio. Ausländern machen Sie gut Kasse.

I called them to ask them a single question (another authority in the country invited me to contact them for this specific question) and the lady on the phone deflected my question and started to become unpleasant while I remained calm trying to express myself more clearly. After 5 minutes of trying to make myself understood on a simple detail, we both realize that we can't understand each other (even though it's basic information) and as soon as I start to thank her for your time she cuts me off by wishing me a good day to end the call.I am a citizen in need of a simple piece of information and it is apparently impossible for me to access the information from the authority concerned.I hope that the employee in question will improve her quality of service so that others do not have to suffer.
