숙박하루 묵었는데 일찍도착해서 짐맡기면 20프랑인데 후기쓰면 돌려준다 해놓고 2주가 다 되는데 연락해도 안되고 환불도 안해줍니다 사기꾼들이에요 다시찾아갈수도 없고 열받네요ㅡㅡ여기 다신가지 마세요 리뷰 잇는거 다 거짓이에요ㅡㅡ좋은리뷰 쓰라고 해놓고 돈돌려준다 해놓고 먹튀네요I stayed for one day, but I arrived early and keep my luggage, it's 20 francs. They say they'll return it if I write a review, but it's been 2 weeks, but I can't contact them and they won't give my a refund.Je suis resté une nuit, mais si vous arrivez tôt et que vous laissez vos bagages, c'est 20 francs, mais si j'écris une critique, je la rendrai, mais cela fait presque deux semaines, mais je ne peux pas vous contacter et je ne vais pas Je ne vous rembourse pas, ce sont des escrocs.

Unless you want to sleep here during daytime and go out at night, spend money at a better location ( probably in Interlaken). There is a pub at the base and I was not able to sleep for all night due to drunk people noises and loud music.Extra 10 euro charge beyond your booking, which I can't images why....It was waste of my money.Still I must say, the hostel manager is kind and supportive.

Worse hostel ever!Service terrible, reception closed at 10pm, arrived at 12:30 and of course I didn’t get a place to sleep, stay in a chair till someone came. I was exhausted waiting at 8am and someone staying in the hostel that was leaving insisted to use his bed for 20 min till someone came from reception. The guy decided to charge me for the night. I left my bags to go out, they charge $10 for it and I couldn’t get them till next day BCS the reception was closed with my bags inside. I wasn’t happy about not been able to access my stuff and he decided to kicked me out (I wasn’t rude or ungry just unhappy) I’ve payed for the night but he kicked me out without a room to sleep at 9pm.Horrible service.The area around the hotel is not nice.Think 10x before you came to this place.

Der Besitzer, ein sehr unsympathischer Mensch, hat keine Möglichkeiten, mit Menschen zu sprechen. Es teilt dem Kunden immer noch mit, wenn es eine positive Bewertung abgibt, dass es einen Rabatt gemacht hat. Die Benutzung des Hydromassagebades ist verboten. Es macht also nur irreführende Werbung. Die Mitarbeiter sind großartige Menschen

They are scammers, it said a single room and it turned out to be a shared room for 8 people, the place is terrible, please don't go, it's deplorable, scary, they are just being in the hall and observing the dirt that it is, lousy attention. We did not stay in the hotel, we went to another hotel, however they informed Agoda that they did not occupy the bed. The people who manage the hotel are really scammers. I am a frequent traveler and it is the first time that I have had to experience a situation like this.

Dreckig, laut bis 6:00Uhr früh und direkt neben dem rotlichtviertel. Die Bilder die gezeigt werden sind vom Gebäude zwei Strassen weiter. Zu teuer um mit sieben leuten im Zimmer zu schlafen.

It is a hostel… I was given a bed with no outlet, bathroom was far from clean, generally feels like a hole in the wall. That being said the staff was patient and kind and the beds were fine. It was by far the cheapest option in Zürich, and for the good location, if a no frills/dirtier hostel doesn’t bother you, give it a try

Truffatori, ho prenotato un letto alla modica cifra di 135 euro per una notte, arrivato davanti all ostello scopro che non mi hanno inviato la mail con i codici per entrare nella struttura e nella stanza, di conseguenza ho passato la notte fuori. Nonostante le svariate chiamate al numero fornito su booking non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta. Sono stati contattati dall assistenza booking e hanno rifiutato di effettuare il rimborso. Sono dei truffatori

Everyone that gives it more than one star is probably asked to by the owners. It is a horrible hostel. I came here after a week of hiking the mountains and staying in cabins with some friends. But this hostel was too gross and so dirty we decided to rebook and pay a lot more for a different stay. Horrible, dont stay here!

No locks on the rooms? No curtain? No soap? I was extremely lucky to have some lovely girls in my room who also thought what the hell is this place. Two showers for 40 people? You have to be joking!!! Cleaner comes in while you’re getting dressed too..
