Nir is extremely helpful and patient. Thanks to his/her assistance I was able to extend the duration of a voucher that had expired and then figured out the procedure to book my movie tickets. It's difficult to find better customer service. THANK YOU very much for all your assistance.

We have been using BuyClub for many years and find the site exceptionally good and very efficient. We use it mainly to try restaurants which are new to us, but also hotel breaks and shows.Very efficient and helpful staff if you have any questions.

Buyclub is such a great resource for living in Geneva, it has helped me discover many great restaurants and activities and also get affordable massages! Their customer service is also lovely, so friendly and thoughtful. Have been using the site for years, definitely 5 stars!

very bad experience: I used their service a few times, no flexibility, you don't receive a reminder to tell you your voucher is close to expiry, and rude people. Anyway I'll save money paying full price i/o getting a bit of discount and loosing at the end.
