Milaflex equal charming teachers with experience. Located in a calm and cozy area of Lugano. By the studio Milaflex you can learn Pilates, yoga and Ballet (especially for kids). The studio is totally equipped with Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel. Mila (the owner) studied at the Bolshoi Academy in Moscow and she's certified Pilates and Yoga teacher. Milaflex is a school certified Qualicert/Qualitop hence recognized by almost every Swiss medical insurance.
