The Spirit of Switzerland

I am so impressed with the people at this store. When I asked few questions about ingredients and suggestions for chocolate, the staff person patiently answered all my questions and explained everything so well!! I wish all the stores have people like them!

Overall great souvenir shop - we were leaving Zurich, Switzerland to head back to the US and decided to make a stop here to check out any trinkets to purchase for family. Bought a shot-glass container for my stepfather-in-law. Employees asked us if we enjoyed our stay in Switzerland or if we needed help with anything.One thing I disliked was when I checked out, the employee at the register asked for a copy of my flight ticket. She scanned it to make sure it was valid (weird). Why else would we be at the airport? Also prices were very expensive for most products, which was to be expected. Otherwise decent shop.

We have purchased an expensive Kuckuck Watch and disappointed when we found a missing item in the package given to us at airport shop.We have initiated a process to follow up for the same to be mailed .

Rude unfriendly staff, but the inventory in the shop seems good. With our bad experience we had to leave our shopping at the till and didn't conclude the sale.next time we buy outside the airport if we want to buy swiss souvenirs

They sell good quality of souvenirs. Gift wrapping available. Staff are very friendly.

Nice souvenirs

They need your boarding pass to buy something. It's very strange. But they have chips, soda, snacks and last minute souvenirs.
