I am in this amazing palace hotel. They have a 2 Star M Fine Dining and a 3 Star Chef. This location and the restaurant they have around should be regard as high end type.This JP restaurant on taste is perfect. Nicely decorated and presentedMaki, Sushi was great, Tempura was also executed perfectly. The sauce comes with it is warm and not cold which is something that sparks me up compare to many other JP restaurant. Things I need to say is they should at least serve a green tea with their class of style and Provide reddish etc sometimes with set meal.I am sure this JP can be one of the Star restaurant if they change a bit on the internal process. Food is not an issue. Just software issue.

The food quality is okay, but just okay. I think this place is over-priced, maybe because it's within a 5-star hotel. Our waiter is pretty nice though.

Most delicious food. Great place and fantastic people. High-quality fish and meat. Efficient and highly competent staff.We love the Beau Rivage, such a wonderful place and service.A negative comment is that this place closes at 9 / 9 pm, this really puts us off going there as my husband does not finish work till 7 pm. In addition, they close on Sundays!!!Do not understand why the early closure time of the restaurant and the non-opening on Sundays!! this is not a kid's restaurant, neither a bank nor an office!! why the early closures? and why Sunday closures??They need to evolve... this is the entertainment industry...

Wonderful and delicious dinner at Miyako!! We arrived rather late in the evening and the restaurant was quite full, but the waiters made it possible for us to still find a spot. We had a menu with tuna tartar, miso soup, black cod and a dessert - all of those delicious were very nicely prepared and presented. Also, the service has been exceptional, responding very quickly to additional requests, always with a smile, and highly professional.

Outstanding service and incredible food - the staff are ex Nobu and really understand how to make the most wonderful leisurely lunch an absolute joy. Crispy rice with tuna was superb. Welcoming and delightful. A must visit.

After lockdown, it feels very good to sit in a restaurant and share some delicious sushi paired with a Billecart-Salmon Rosé. You can always expect good food and great service there, Looking forward to my next venue. Cheers !
