I booked an appointment and paid for it in advance, it was confirmed immediately. As my train was running 5 minutes lates, I called them that I will be 5 minutes late and a very rude woman told me that I cannot come because she has another customer at the same time. Quotation: I'm making gel nails now so you cannot come". My appointment was just to paint nails so to be fair
