Please retrain and provide feedback to the girl working today at the Bio c' Bon in Augustins. I am sorry to give such a bad review and to modify my previously review, but I feel like I need to avoid your store from now on. I am a customer for almost two years and I never felt treated with such disrespect. I am not sure where the old team is and why you have changed the stuff, as the service was top before. So, long story short. I have lost my fidelity card. (or it is somewhere in the house and I need to take time to find it). Every time I am being served by this girl she is almost refusing to take my name and search in the system to see if I am an existing customer. Today was the pick of her bad attitude: first thing she asked me was if I have my fidelity card. I explained her the situation, she started to look at me as I was being an intruder and I told her that she can search for my name in the system. Very difficult to convince her. After giving her name she told me in a very authoritarian way that she can't find me and I am not your customer...Are you kidding me?? I gave the name again, but she didn't want to search again and finally I gave her my card to take the name. I told her that none of her colleagues don't make such a big fuss out of it ( they were even surprised why I was almost ashamed I don't have the card with me...and they told me there is no problem to search for me in their system) and she replied that maybe they say they found my name just like that, but they don't look into the system...terrible. I told her that I want to solve the situation and if it's possible I want to make the card again. She told me I need to go online and do that. So my question now...If I will go online and order the card again, how can I avoid receiving this treatment meanwhile cause I guess, it will last a week or two at least to receive it. Every time I pass the store or I am in the store J am looking inside to see if there are other people serving and not this person. She just ruined my day.J am starting to look at different online options for bio food as this situation is starting to be wicked. I wouldn't have written this message if the situation wouldn't have been recurrent and involving the same person. I feel pity for her colleagues and for the other customers that probabily she is stressing them out.Cheers and hope you will take some measurements.Thanks.

Client régulier. Il y a un bon choix de produits mais des erreurs fréquentes en caisse vont jusqu'à doubler l'addition finale... Vraiment dommage de devoir demander le ticket à chaque fois pour vérifier

J'y suis allé ce jour 10 juillet 2023, personnel très accueillant, disponible et serviable !Je ne comprends pas du tout les critiques sur le site.....???Je pense que les gens sont hélas jamais contents. Les critiques faciles, les compliments ne sont plus à l´ordre du jour.Pour clore, les prix pratiqués, tout à fait correctes pour des produits que l´on ne trouve nul part ailleurs !Bravo continuez comme ça !P Sella

J'y suis allée 2 fois pour acheter des produits que je ne trouve que là. En revanche, ni bonjour, ni au revoir...les employés discutaient entre eux, aucun intérêt pour la cliente que j'étais. Les 2 fois, j'ai du aller chercher un employé pour qu'il encaisse mon argent. Bref, endroit peu accueillant et prix très élevés par rapports aux autres magasins bio de Genève. J'en ai parlé au gérant qui avait l'air surpris.

Awfully managed establishment! The products are numerous but they are illkept by rude unprofessional staff who cannot seem to use the cash register efficiently. The staff has no manners, a questionable hygiene and they are unable to deliver professional services! The managers are unprofessional, lack problem solving skills and cannot undertake their responsibilities. Do not buy from there, I'm terribly disappointed by the irresponsibility of the whole establishment . Sadly I am not the only one with this experience.

J'étais ravie de constater le choix des produits bio en entrant dans ce magasin. Quel bonheur de pouvoir trouver non seulement de la nourriture mais aussi d'excellents produits pour le corps, les cheveux et des produits de nettoyages qui sont moins ou pas nocif pour l'environnement comparé à d'autres produits... Quand au prix, quand on comprend le dur labeur qui se cache derrière la production bio c'est à mon avis raisonnable.

Très surpris du commentaire précédent, je fréquente régulièrement bio c bon et je dois dire que j’ai toujours été satisfait du magasin en général et l’efficacité du personnel.

Un magasin de produits bio, vraiment nécessaire dans le quartier de la Place des Augustins. Beaucoup de choix et bien achalandés. Le personnel est toujours souriant et agréable avec les clients. Un bé-mol : il faut mieux suivre la vente des produits de nettoyage (tous bio) et aussi les désodorisants. C'est un magasins que je fréquente avec plaisir.

Grand choix de produits Bio et pour les gents comme moi qui souffrent de divers intolérances.Le défaut de ces magasins ce sont toujours les prix qui sont, je trouve, très exagérés mais quand on a pas le choix, ils rendent bien service. Faire juste attention parce que certains produits vous pouvez les trouver en grande surface, Bio également , à des prix un peu plus raisonnablesSinon vraiment grand choix de tout.
