Apparently no risk here.Both Liga and Omkar came for a pre visit.Liga arrived with a smile and both liga on Omkar were easy to reach both by phone ,email and WhatsAppOnly after that I understand how important that was as they explained exactly that we should be doing in order to pass the landlord inspection.They came on time and left the appartment spotless and it even smelled nice.We lived in the appartment for 8 years so you can imagine how much work it needed even if it was in a very good condition.The landlord didn't say much , but let us go our own way after 30 minutes inspection.So what can I say... job well doneWould not hesitate using white room again.
