Un magnifique moment passé au Kozan . Le maître sushis est juste exceptionnel ! Il faut penser à réserver car souvent plein ( les patrons privilégient la qualité des produits, à la quantité de clients ).

Déception niveau qualité et goût. Le thon rouge sashimi était légèrement acide, probablement n’était pas suffisamment frais. Le saumon était de qualité basique, peu de goût.La panure des tempuras était un peu pâteuse, pas suffisamment croustillante et légère. L’anguille était fort en goût mais devient fatiguant au bout de quelques bouchées.Soyons claire, ce n’est pas mauvais. Mais nous avons payé 150 CHF pour 2 personnes pour déjeuner. A ce prix là on s’attend à une qualité bien supérieure.

J’ai choisi le menu à 70 chf. A part le plateau de 10 sushis, ce sont plutôt des miniardises toutefois bonnes. Le poisson des sushis est très bonne mais le riz est juste beaucoup trop acide. Il y avait juste trop de vinaigre de riz. Dommage. Je n’ai pas pu manger à ma faim. Je trouve que leur menu de déjeuner sont bien plus raisonnable côté qualité prix portion que le soir!

日本で食べるようなご飯が食べれます。お寿司も美味しいし、冷たい緑茶もあって大満足。冷房もついていたので猛暑の日でも快適でした

Went there for a special celebration. I ordered the 70 CHF, my partner the 100CHF one. Food and service was excellent but even considering the quality it felt too expensive. My miso soup wasn’t very hot, the edamame portion was generous but not so much the tempura. For dessert we only had options between ice cream and sorbet, in summer it’s fine but I was expecting to have more choice. The restaurant also lacks some nice decoration and atmosphere. Overall nice experience but it could be better!

Best Japanese restaurant so far in Geneva. We come to eat lunch here once a month and sometimes dinner. The chef and staff never fail to deliver an amazing culinary experience.

Truly amazing sushi and shashimi. The place is nice and the staff is kind and polite. With a little bit more of decoration or “atmosphere” I’d give Kozan 5 stars, no doubt!

This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The food is authentic and prepared with high quality ingredients. Friendly yet professional service as well! Perfect attention to detail whilst remaining true to Japanese authenticity/simplicity!

Incredible Japanese restaurant where you can order both a la carte and set menus. I would highly suggest trying the menus as all the dishes are amazingly balanced. The fish is of a very high quality and the selection of wines is very good with a range of options. We've been there 3 times now and every time has been wonderful. In short, highly recommended.
