Ich hatte meinen Umzug von Chur nach Zürich mit dieser Firma. Die Männer waren pünktlich, sehr höflich, flink, sehr strukturiert und vorsichtig im Umgang mit meinen Möbeln. Für mich verlief mein Umzug mit dieser Firma dadurch sehr angenehm! Perfekt! Vielen Dank!!

I used ABBA transport a few weeks ago to help move to a new city and had mixed experiences. When communicating ahead of the move via email, they were always very helpful, quick to respond, and very accommodating, even when I wanted to change the date of the move. On the day of the move, the men turned up at the agreed-upon time and worked very hard and efficiently. However, there were a few things which happened that tainted my experience:- When the men turned up, they said that they did not know that there would be so much and the van they had was not big enough (even though everything had been communicated in the initial request as well as an email I sent in advance of the move with a detailed inventory breakdown of everything to be transported). As predicted, not everything fit so I had to borrow a car at a later date from a friend to help transport the rest.- It was confirmed in an email in advance that we would be able to pay with a bill after the move, however on the day, the men said that we were not able to pay with a bill and only with cash. They did not accept no for an answer. We obviously did not have several thousand francs in cash, therefore one of the men actually drove my partner to an ATM to withdraw the money. This was not only highly inconvenient due to the daily withdrawal limits from our bank, but it was also a highly intimidating situation in general.- The contract stated that we would pay for six hours, however the whole move did not even take 4.5 hours. This is confirmed by the time of the ATM withdrawals. I tried to query this on the day, but the whole situation with the payment was very intimidating, so did not get anywhere. The cost to throw away 4 chairs also seemed very arbitrary and inflated and was just decided on the day. I asked the men to send an invoice with a retrospective breakdown of the costs, which I never received.Overall, the men worked hard, but we were left feeling quite confused and uneasy.
