I stumbled upon this shop after my Jungfraujoch tour and was amazed by the level of service they give. Thelo was able to support us buying two watches plus they included lots of freebies. Bracelet adjustment to my size was a breeze as the Japanese guy also considered the climate of my home country for my fit. Great experience overall, the sales assistant was very nice and helpful. I had the chance to try all the watches I was interested in and, in the end, managed to purchase the Pelagos 39 that I had been looking for a while. Highly recommend you visit if you pass by!

Not Recommended for buy a swiss watch in this shop ,the staff didnt speak english very well. I asked A, they answered B. I bought a watch on the 7th of July 2023, they gave me an out of date information about free tax. Because of it I didnt get free tax. It was an unpleasant experience.
