I have done a blood exam and after waiting a couple of weeks for the result I contacted the lab, only to be informed that they have lost my blood sample. This is truly disrespectful and they client service was horrible. Run away from this lab!

Nice welcoming staff. Very professional. I have always spoken French there, but some of the nurses hear my accent and and try to speak in English with me. I find this rather nice.
