Hospital De Martigny

Thousand stars !! I was operated on the LCA (anterior cruciate ligament) by the Team of Dr. Cedric Peres and could not have done better. Fantastic! Very competent and excellent professionals! The whole team in the hospital, from the nurses, the operative block team, anesthetists, assistants, all fantastic people! Excellent hospital team, Many thanks to everyone !!

Je ne pense pas que les responsables de l’aménagement des chambres de la division privée de l’hôpital savent ce que devrait être une chambre en division privée !Ici j’ai eu l’impression de séjourner dans une chambre de division commune où on avait sorti le deuxième lit de la chambre pour facturer des prestations d’une chambre en division privée.La chambre était laide, la salle de bain n’offrait aucun confort et les quelques petits articles de toilette posés en équilibre sur le bord du lavabo ne sont pas parvenus à faire oublier le confort spartiate de la salle de bain.Quant aux repas c’est une honte absolue qu’on puisse en 2022 servir des plats aussi dégoûtants et immangeables!Je me demande si les assurances qui paient ces frais hospitaliers sont conscients de la qualité médiocre de la division privée de cet hôpital ?Heureusement que tout le personnel est très professionnel, à l’écoute, souriant, aimable et bienveillant.

I hit my head one month ago and ended in the Emergency Room and I had to stay one night for observation. They exlained to me they will wake me up every 2 hours and they did an amazing job, they made sure I had water and breakfast in the morning and that I could rest comfortable.

Mon beau père a dû faire un séjour dans cette hôpital. Franchement c'est un peu dur de donner un avis car je suis assez déçu. Lors de notre première visite aie. Dès l'entrée on nous a demandé notre carte d'identité mais le problème c'est le manque de psychologie du jeune car il y a des façons de recevoir et d'expliquer sans nous prendre pour des idiots. On doit porter le masque c'est OK mais la dame le porte sur le menton et quand on lui fait une remarque ça réponse et qu'elle entend mieux comme cela !!!Le personnel soignant et bien à part que chaque changement on avait des renseignements différents. On pu discuter avec le médecin traitant seulement après 5 jours, trop de travail. Je suis vraiment déçu de cette hôpital. Le dernier point négatif ce sont les places de parc ? Très dur d'en trouver une.

Had my MRI and got told by the doctors at the hospital that only my ACL was torn, so I went home & started physio. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t gotten my rapport and scan so I called the hospital on 25th of February and a very arrogant woman picked up, said “No! Speak French!” and hung up 4 TIMES when I called and asked to talk to someone in English. Later I finally got a hold of someone who promised to send the documents. I never received any documents & another hospital had to call you again on my behalf. I then found out, through the doctor at the other hospital, that pretty much all ligaments in my knee are torn and that surgery should’ve taken place urgently, weeks ago. How can you not make sure this urgent and serious information is received by the patient??? I’m frustrated and angry with how I got treated, I experienced very arrogant attitudes.

Ich bin mit einer offenen Wunde zum Notfall. Nach ca.3h wurde ich noch nicht behandelt, obwohl ich etwa. 1.5h die einzige wartende Patientin war. (Es kam auch keine Ambulanz an).Ich ging dann zu einem anderen Notfall wo ich nach 5min behandelt wurde.

Our Saturday night visit, post Christmas, to the emergency room was stressful, as any time one has to deal with an emergency, but the whole staff was just amazing: fast, knowledgeable, very friendly and caring, even though they had many stressful moments that night, challenging patients and as we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Big thanks! The procedures an set-up were like any other top and highly ranked hospitals in the US and the German part of Switzerland that I've visited.

This hospital felt a lot like a scam.I came in on my legs with a bump on my ribs (sky accident) just to check if was not broken.A simple Radiographie could be enough.They instead did Urine test, Blood test an ECG and a CT scan (which includes an injection of liquid in your body) and only at the end the Rx.They will bill you for everything even for a doctor coming to you to talk for 5 minutes.I have received a 3 pages bill.I definitely feel like they were doing exams just to raise the bill (more than 1000 CHF)This behavior is unacceptable.
