Zuerich apartments is a good temporary solution for new comers in Zurich. For foreigners not having their permits yet or any other important documents, it is very easy to rent the apartment without showing up for a visit. I really appreciated their flexibility and communication. Sandra Weiss, the landlord, is very responsive and thoughtful.The apartment itself is good for a short stay while looking for a permanent apartment. It has the basic furniture someone may need. So you can arrive with just your suitcase.It is a little bit pricy compared to the market but I guess it can be explained by the great flexibility offered (only 1 month notice).The location of the apartment (Wipkingen) is really great. It is well connected, has a lot of grocery stores nearby and still, the street is very calm.Overall, I had a great experience with Zuerich apartments.

There really is nothing to fault renting an apartment through Zürich Apartments at Laegernstasse. I was in my beautifully furnished apartment for over 8 years. The landlady Sandra was the perfect property owner. If there was ever anything wrong (which was very seldom), it was immediately corrected at a time suitable to me. Any queries I had were always answered promptly and all dealings were carried out in English and everything handled in a friendly and polite but professional manner. Particularly for a foreigner arriving in Zuerich, Zuerich Apartments provides the perfect solution. No stress, no language barrier, no having to deal with utilities - absolutely everything is taken care of through Sandra as your single point of contact for absolutely everything. The apartment itself is fantastic - spotlessly clean and everything you need when you arrive with nothing. And the location - absolutely perfect. Wipkingen is a highly sought after area, cool and minutes from Zurich main station and in the other direction Zurich airport. The apartment is steps away form doctors, dentists, a gym, buses, trains and trams, supermarkets, restaurants, bars.... A real gem...

I am more than satisfied with Zuerich apartments. I found the apartment in Lagernstrasse in an excellent condition, exactly what I anticipated from the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and the building was conveniently situated near the train station, bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants. Most importantly, though, the landlady Sandra was very kind and thoughtful. She was easy to reach via phone or email, always replying promptly, and she helped me a lot with all the questions I had as a foreigner coming to Zurich. I highly recommend it.

We are very satisfied with our stay in Zurich Apartments. We stayed there for 5 months as I was working at ETH Zurich. Sandra Weiss and her family are very helpful and prompt with all requests. The entire application process was online and this was very convenient since we were moving from abroad (United States). The rent is also very reasonable for Zurich given the excellent location and quick access to all amenities (train station, bus and tram stops, grocery stores). The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.Highly recommend for anyone moving from abroad wishing to stay for short or long term!

I had a very good experience with Zuerich Apartments when I first moved to the city a couple of months ago. The service is great and always a fast reply, trying to help and advice me where possible. The apartment itself was bright and clean and offered all amenities needed, also for a longer stay.

I had a very good experience with Zuerich Apartments in Lagernstrasse: the apartment I rented was clean and furnished with everything necessary, including tv, internet, bed linen, towels, kitchen accessories and iron.The neighboorhood is quiet, with different green areas within walkable distance and great public transport connections.The landlady, Mrs Sandra (and his family), is very kind and always available in case of problems or questions. I recommend it.

I have stayed at Lägernstrasse 14 for a year and a few months, and my overall experience was great.Firstly, the building is located in a perfect spot in the area of Wipkingen. It is very well connected to the center of Zurich, as well as to Zurich airport, since both a bus station and Wipkingen's train station, are three minutes away on foot. At the same distance you can reach a Coop and a Migros (supermarkets), and a good selection of restaurants to dine-in or take away. Also, it is close to Käferberg, a wooded mountain which is an ideal spot for walks or running.Regarding the apartment itself, it was in great condition, and it was furnished with all the basic equipment, which I found very convenient as a newcomer. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in the basement of the building for use by all the tenants, which is quite common in Switzerland.Last but not least, the interactions that I had with the landlady, Mrs Weiss, were always perfect. The communication was done via email, and she was always very responsive and helpful.I would recommend it to any newcomer to Zurich, who is looking for a short-term to a mid-term stay.

I highly recommend Zuerich Apartments Lägernstrasse. The apartment was very clean and bright. Despite the moderate size, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Moreover the high ceilings add more space. The location is great as you have several big supermarkets, train and bus station within 5 min walk. Limat river is in just 7-10 min walk. The host Sandra was very friendly, responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay.

My stay at Zurich Apartments was very nice. The apartment is located in a calm district of Zurich, however central and easy reachable by public transport. The apartment offers everything you need for a stay. Family Weiss was always helpful and made you feel welcome. It was a pleasure to meet them. I highly recommend staying at Zurich Apartments for everyone who needs an apartment for some periode of time.
