Je fais mes cils depuis deux ans à l’institut Eye Designer sur Genève, toujours avec Stefania.Elle fait un travail magnifique. Mes cils sont toujours faits comme je le souhaite.Elle est méticuleuse, appliquée et extrêmement gentille.A mes yeux, le meilleur institut sur Genève pour faire des extensions de cils !!

On m’a « bannie » du salon car je n’ai pas été satisfaite d’une pose que l’on m’a faite qui n’était pas du tout ce que j’avais demandé. J’ai montré une photo qui était dans leurs storys à la une sur Instagram pourtant et le résultat n’avait rien à voir. D’autant plus que j’y suis allée plusieurs fois (j’ai été satisfaite une fois sur 3 à chaque fois). On pense payer la qualité mais pas du tout. Il y a beaucoup mieux et moins cher ailleurs. Si vous avez l’audace de dire que c’est n’est pas ce que vous avez demandé on vous envoi un mail en vous disant « Suite à un rdv qui s’est mal passé, vous n’avez plus accès au salon » Bref, fuyez!!

J'ai chercher pas mal d'institut avant de me lancer dans mon premier microblading et bien, je ne suis pas du tout déçue, bien au contraire. Très bel accueil, très bon contact. Rose est très à l'écoute et donne de super conseils. C'est exactement le résultat que je cherchais. Je recommande à 100% cet institut qui est autant professionnel que propre.

Je suis simplement heureuse.J'ai fait mon microblading à Lausanne avec Thao. Elle est adorable, très chaleureuse et accueillante moi qui suis très dur à persuader elle a réussi à me mettre à l'aise et faire un travail magnifique.je le conseil vivement. Elle est très professionnelle et donne beaucoup de conseil et astuce pour que notre rentrer à la maison se passe bien et que nous ayons une guérison optimal. Merci Thao

Absolutely horrific - they left my eyes completely wrecked - burned from massive amounts of glue sticking multiple lashes together, absolute torture. Then they charged me CHF40 to have them removed three days later! And to top it off, they wouldn’t reply to any of my messages asking for the complaint to be dealt with. DO NOT COME HERE, it’s criminal.

Très mauvaise expérience .L’épilation des sourcils à la pince était complètement ratée .La personne ne parle pas français mais même en anglais elle n’a pas dit un mot aucune communication, aucune explication.Pour payer ce prix j’aurais pu faire moi surtout pour une restructuration ça ne l’était pas .De plus, elle m’a attrapé la peau a plusieurs reprises.Bref à fuire aucun professionnalisme

I decided to get my eyebrows done at this place because of the great reviews, but I have to say that my experience made me doubt the accuracy of those reviews.I went to Rose for microblading and showed her a picture of the kind of natural-looking brows I wanted (picture taken from their website).However, Rose seemed to be experimenting with a new technique or something, because instead of giving me what I asked, she drew an eyebrow on top of my natural one.I wasn't really convinced about this, but she kept insisting that this is the 'way is done' and it would have a lifting" effect.In the end

2 years being a customer, I spent more than 3,000chf here. Today they Lost me forever. No customer loyalty, no employee loyalty, only hungry for $$$$ management.I’ve been coming here for 2 years, for my lashes. Recently switched because I moved and live too far to come here. My current master is on vacation so I requested a fill-in here(I know you technically can’t get a fill-in if you got it done at another place) but come on, i have been here for years and was asking for a one time favor. They refused because of PERSONAL reasons with my new master. switched my price from 65chf to 135chf PLUS full removal 40chf and more. No thanks! Bye forever

Cet institut est de loin le meilleur que j ai été dans ma vie !!Thao est exceptionnelle et son équipe est au top !Des prix défiant toute concurrence et une qualité des produits au top !Je recommande vivement a toutes celles d entres vous qui aime qu un travail soit bien fait a un prix plus que raisonnable !!
