Servi par des informaticiens en culottes courtes qui flanquent mon ordi dans un coin. Le remplacement de la batterie s'est soldé par l'achat d'une nouvelle carte graphique, puisque celle-ci a cessé de fonctionner immédiatement après le retour du magasin.

Want to start by saying that I'm an English speaker and had no problem communicating with the staff at Smartek -- they were very helpful, and I really appreciate them communicating with me in their second language (their English is of course much, much better than my French). I got my battery for my Dell XPS 13 replaced by them for a reasonable 180 francs (which includes the price of the battery itself and the price of shipping the battery to the shop). I've had the laptop back for about two weeks now and it works like a charm -- almost like getting a whole new laptop. Not to mention they did a fantastic job cleaning it so it really does look new. The service was quick, they made my life easy, and the only part that took a little bit more time was the actual shipping of the battery (which is out of their control). Very happy with my choice to go here!
