DPD Pickup parcelshop

I bought something last Monday that I wanted to take on a trip on Friday. Delivery was expected in 2 working days so I thought I was on the safe side. Boy I was wrong!Wednesday comes and someone from DPD tries to deliver to my home address as I had ordered. However, due to unexpected work commitments I had to be in the office both Wednesday and Thursday so I called DPD on Wednesday to deliver on their pick-up point in Hegibachstr. instead, on the following day. Contact centre confirms that my parcel is going to be delivered at Klus-apotheke Thursday after I told them that was the only option I had to take my parcel on the planned trip.Thursday around 12 I get an email notification saying that DPD is going to deliver in my home address for a second time!!! After a 45min waiting time to call DPD's contact centre I was informed the second attempted delivery to my home address happened because the delivery person did not know the postal code of the pickup spot in Hegibachstr. I mean, DPD only has one pickup parcelshop in Hegibachstr. in Zurich. Also, even if you don't know the city well it only takes 30sec to search for that in google maps. Any 6 year-old can do that nowadays but a professional driver doesn't seem to be capable. I wonder how he/she got the driver's license in the first place.So in the end I couldn't take what I wanted to in my weekend flight due to this mess. People at DPD's contact centre were trying to help but unfortunately I would strongly recommend people to use their competitors. Worst delivery service I've had to far.
