Pas bonne. J'arrive au garage vers 08h45, j'entre a la réception. Plusieurs personnes du garage vont et vient, pas DE BONJOUR. Je me balade parmi les voitures exposées, personne réagit tirs pas de bonjour. La réceptionniste s'occupait à faire des cafés, nettoyer et monter les pièces de la machine. Elle va s'installer à sa place. Je vais vers elle et lui demande pour une voiture exposée à l'extérieur. Elle me répond fadement"

I have no good words to say about the customer treatment and no trust in their job, after a vehicle purchase value of 98k CHF, if not to be avoided then certainly think twice prior to engaging with this garage, based on my personal experience described below.After signing the contract and ordering the car with Mr. Toole, the general service has become very poor.The car was delivered with minor issues with the sound system, later the air conditioning, which I would understand even that after a first trip the headlight had a fault and had to be replaced.I left the car with the garage, pre adviced verbally and in writting not to car wash to avoid exposure to micro scratches, that has been ignored.More importantly when I collected the car, I found 2 damages on the car body parts in the area where the headlight was replaced caused by Volvo, while the car was being covered with micro sratches.After having pointed these out and complaining, several staff members assisted, while Mr. Baz (mechanics manager) entered my car and arrogantly aimed to go through my interior, trying to show me nothing is ever perfect and at that point I ordered him to leave the vehicle.Volvo offered to repaint the damaged parts and repolish entirely the car. However, all these matters are well factored in on the 2nd hand market as after the restoration repaint, the car is no longer a factory paint, that's the fact, while I see zero reason why I should bare it as a consequence for a brand new car I just received.Therefore, my demand was to either take the new vehicle away at no loss or we agree on repairing the paint job schedule and compensation at agreed discount, none of which they could agree with.

A fuir !Ma V60 n'a que 80000 km et a déjà beaucoup de problèmes comme les vérins du coffre, la clé, le rétroviseur... On m'annonce par téléphone 200 CHF pour mise à jour des logiciels (soit, bien que...) qui finissent pas 550 CHF pour avoir cherché les pannes sans solutions à part le remplacement onéreux sans participation. Pour info Volvo en France avait fait le même diagnostique, gratuitement et en proposant une prise en charge de 30%. Je pensais le service plus qualitatif en Suisse et ce fût tout l'inverse. 195 CHF de l'heure, de vrais ingénieurs ces mécanos !Est-ce que Volvo a oublié son histoire ? Je pensais que c'était qualitatif mais ni la voiture ni le service ne le sont. Même l'essai du remplacement de la pile de la clé a été facturé à la minute près !Je fais 60000km par an mais il est clair que les prochaines révisions et la prochaine voiture ne sera pas chez Autobritt. Et je n'étais pas le seul client mécontent ce soir en récupérant mon véhicule.

Be extremely careful. To be avoided all together. After intentionally misleading us and continually delaying our car, they refused to give our entire deposit back when we finally had to cancel the order as renting cars and waiting was becoming too expensive. Our salesperson, Laurent Batement, used every tactic in the book to get us to sign saying yes yes yes, showing the delivery table on his computer, and then using all kinds of excuses to keep us in the sale while delaying the car every 2 weeks until we had to cancel. If he was honest from the beginning, we would have bought a car in stock elsewhere. Mercedes at least told us straight away that there was a 6 month minimum delay considering the current supply issues. Laurent just said yes yes yes.Instead of assuming their own responsibility for misleading about its availability, and assuming the responsibility of Volvo for cancelling our initial order all together due to some bizarre reason about transitioning model years, AutoBrit kept CHF 500 of our deposit without any consideration for our costs (continued car rentals and stress), and of course without any concern about customer retention and reputation. They only pointed to the contract. We were naive and should never have trusted AutoBrit and Laurent’s sales tacticsTo add a final insult, I spoke with Mr. Pierre Petey, the director, who told me that if I buy another car at AutoBrit he will give me a CHF 500 discount !!! - the 500 that they kept from our deposit after we have already lost so much more than that because of their dishonest sales tactics. What a joke.We are continuing to discuss with Volvo corporate about this abuse and mistreatment, and will update this post when we have been fully reimbursed.
